Is prophesy covered by the Forward-looking-statements disclaimer or by separation of church and state?

It seems to me that Harold Camping should have put a Forward-looking-statements disclaimer on his website (www.familyradio.com) ... and that really he is doing this for profit. Please note that his website is so bogged down that it doesn't respond for me. He must be raking in millions.
