Why would God who instituted temple sacrifices till end of time,destroy it in church era as 'christians' claim?

Temple sacrifices were instituted in Old testament period till end of time,which means till begining of eternity,after the last great judgment day.So after christ's crucifixion,temple sacrifices evolved into their true predestined meaning,which is to symbolize eternal and ultimate sacrifice of christ on cross for the salvation of mankind.So the 'christian' claim that christ made temple sacrifices obsolete is wrong since God would contradict his words if it's so.Along with temple sacrifices,all the 8 annual israeli festivals points to specific events in the salvation offered to all mankind through Jesus Christ.
