Are "Jehovah's Witnesses" Not Getting Fair Treatment, ? Or Are they?.?

I do not understand the persecution they speak of. Slamming a door in their face? I have heard this from JW mouth how they are persecuted by going door to door. Christians all over the world are being killed for their beliefs. It is so disrespectful to claim persecution here in the US. Christians who are in 3rd world countries or counties with dictators are going through modern day persecution where the sentence is death for being a believer. What is weird is they tend to thrive on the news story of the man in Pennsylvania who shot at witnesses. I am sure that story justifies their modern day persecution belief. Years ago the movie A Perfect World with Kevin Costner was proof to a JW I knew that they were being persecuted and God had a special plan for those who made the movie.
