Why do you think the 3rd day is important to God?

God called the Hebrews out of Egypt to appear before Him on the third day. Hosea chapter 6 says the Lord returns to heaven until the Jewish people acknowledge the Messiah- then He will resurrect them when two days are complete and live with us on the third day. Christ rose from the dead on the third day. Why so important? Here is what I find: 1 day = 1000 years, and Christ is coming back when 2000 years are complete (2 days) and we will live in His sight then on the 3rd day. 2000 years from the time Christ rose to heaven is about 2030 A.D.
