Setting up a livebearers tank?

I want to setup a couple of breeding tanks with Endlers in one, guppies in one, Platties in one, mollys in one and swordtails in one. All with white silica sand and planted with one type of plant, Dwarf Sag, Ambulia, Stargrass and something else, any suggestions? What I want to know is how should I set them up, I want them to breed in them and grow the plants to sell, I will have an extra tank setup with a few plants for them to grow up in. Will I have it heavily planted or one half or just the back planted? And what sort of filters, I can have sponge filtration, Will that be good? and can i fertilize the plants with fertilization balls?
