Since Ishmael was prophesied to be a Great People, isn't that proof Jesus will be on the Arab side?

since you are posting this question in politics forum (and not religion) I would say you that in order to call it a proof you need first to assume that the context in which that prophecy was told really existed. Since you can not assume that Abraham history refer es to a true story you also can not conclude any true statement from it.
