Christians, Have you received the power and anointing of the "Out-poured" Spirit of God?

Many Christians have received new life in Christ Jesus by receiving the "In-breathed" Spirit of God unto salvation but are lacking the power and anointing to do the very works of Christ. Even John the Baptist spoke of Jesus saying there was come another whose shoe laces he (John) would not be worthy to untie, but when He (Jesus) would come He would baptize you in the the fire of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is baptizing believers in this day and hour. Have you received the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues and prophesying according to the word of the Lord? If not, explain.
